Operate efficiently and never over or under load your truck with Air-Weigh’s LoadMaxx or QuickLoad Truck on-board scale. Accurate and durable, these scales are perfect for any straight or work truck, from commercial side-loading refuse trucks to delivery vans to cement trucks.
An investment that pays for itself and then quickly begins to pay towards the bottom line going forward.
Air-Weigh scales are intuitive with a simple read-out and built in alarms so drivers never over or under load.
Overloaded trucks are unsafe and require more maintenance. Air-Weigh scales circumvent safety concerns and reduce vehicle maintenance costs.
Our Truck Scales come with all of the features you need to manage the weights of your entire fleet easily.
We have created two on-board scales for straight trucks so that drivers and business owners have a choice. Our economical QuickLoad Straight Truck scale is perfect for owner-operators who simply want to know their truck’s weight and get on the road. The full-feature LoadMaxx Straight Truck scale is your fleet’s solution. If you are looking for a scale that will integrate with your existing onboard computer system and pair with our LoadMaxx app, the LoadMaxx Straight Truck scale is right for your business.

In order to get an accurate weight with your on-board scale, park your vehicle on level ground with the engine running and the brakes released. For air ride, briefly deflate the air suspension and inflate to ride height. Weights are displayed on the easy-to-read digital display.
Air-Weigh scales work on all air ride suspensions and most trucks with mechanical or spring-based suspensions. Air pressure sensors measure pressure in the air springs, and deflection sensors measure flex of axles or beams for mechanical suspensions. The scale converts the sensor measurements into accurate on-the-ground weights.
