What can the HLC4000 provide to your operation:

The ability to be self-installed. Each HLC4000 Loader Scale comes as standard with a modem that allows data to be transmitted remotely to our cloud database on Hauling IQ. The modem allows our technical support staff to log directly into the scale in real time and perform diagnostics that can help guide you through diagnostics and troubleshooting in real time. The HLC 4000 has numerous built in “How to” videos to help the user with component orientation, calibration procedures and more. The scale provides you with 8 data fields, 4 of which are pre-programmed to include Product, Customer, Truck Number & Destination. The additional 4 data fields can be chosen by you. Each data field can store up to 1,000 items. With a dynamic tipoff that updates weight without having to drop down andre-weigh, loader operators can operate with maximum productivity. The HLC 4000 has jobs/tickets sorted in 3 categories: Active, Completed and Templates Active: These jobs are still in process and occur when you switch between jobs without ending the jobs. Jobs are completed by pressing ok. Example: You are feeding a process (A) and half way through truck (B) comes in and is of higher priority and needs to be loaded first. The operator can switch to a new Job and load truck (B) without impacting the totals already accumulated in the feed process (A).

Active: These jobs are still in process and occur when you switch between jobs without ending the jobs. Jobs are completed by pressing ok. Example: You are feeding a process (A) and half way through truck (B) comes in and is of higher priority and needs to be loaded first. The operator can switch to a new Job and load truck (B) without impacting the totals already accumulated in the feed process (A).

Completed: These are the jobs that have been completed already.

Templates: Templates are useful in high volume load out scenarios and save you time from selecting data for a truck that is repetitive in their loads. Example: If you load the same truck say 10 times a day and it is hauling to the same customer with the same material etc. You can create a “Data” template from a new or completed job so it is easy to select this truck without the need to enter all the data fields every time.

The system can load a truck with up to 3 trailers connected to it. You can set individual targets for trucks and trailers on the fly so they are loaded to the correct weight. The easy-to-read color touchscreen provides animated actions to provide a clear understanding of what is happening on screen. For applications that need to print tickets we have a reliable onboard ticket printer option. The system will also store a digital copy of the ticket in a text file while the USB is inserted. We have instruction videos that provide clear data on part installation locations and interconnectivity. No welding is required in most applications as sensors are mounted using a combination of high-quality double-sided tape and HD magnets for quick, reliable sensor installations.
